WANTED: Breeding stock of rats near San Jose

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to start a rat colony. I am thinking about acquiring 4-18 females depending on what age females you have. If the females are ready to breed within the month I am looking to buy around 12-18 females and 1-2 males. I would like someone in the South Bay area so around San Jose. I am looking to drive at most 20-25 miles. Prefer closer.

I am looking to purchase them 2-4 weeks down the road. If you feel like you need time to get the females and male(s) to that age I am willing to wait. Thanks!
