Whatever happend to the forums by Bob Clark, Mike Wilbanks, etc?
    Hello,

I mentioned in a prior post that I've been out of the hobby for some time now, and looking to get back into it. The landscape has changed so much in the last 5+ years! :O I'm just amazed...

The information on this forum is simply amazing, and I've learned a lot. But, I'm just curious to know what happened to the forums sponsored by Bob Clark, Mike Wilbanks, etc. Back in 2005/06, there were so many post being made in their forums, that it was hard to keep up. The majority of topics focused on retics, burms, and balls.

From what I can see, these forums no longer exist. Is it due to the lack of general interest in retics, burms, etc? Bob and Mike being too busy to host a forum? A lot of forum competition? Just curious if others are more in touch than I....

Those have been gone for years. I think it was probably just too much work to be constantly monitoring a forum while running a full time business. MOST of the forums that had been run by some of the big name breeders are either gone or nearly non-existant and haven't been updated in years. Forums run by NERD, The Snake Keepers and Ralph are also either gone or are shadows of their former selves.
