"Conclusion: He ripped us off either intentionally or through incompetency by not making good when the Uroplatus shipment didn't arrive, not getting back with us in a timely fashion (a month on average), blockading and avoiding finishing the deal, shipping us a animal that was lethargic and weak, not making good after over a year worth of back and forth."
