    Third Shed
So Skull, my normal boy, just had his third shed since we got him. The first two didn't go so well. The shed came off in chunks and hubby and I ended up having to soak him and run him through wet towels. This time, he had a perfect shed! I mean perfect! It was one complete piece and we could even see the eye caps on it.

    Good news!
What did you do differently, do you think? :)

    P.S.
Post shed pics are always welcome.

Hubby was able to keep the humidity a lot higher this time. That was something we really struggled with the last two times.

Have you tried a humid hide? (It's basically a plastic container with a hole cut in - or you can buy a cave hide at a pet store - with damp shagnum moss inside). I find it works amazing - especially if you have a set up where humidity is tough to hold. Not to mention it can be quite dry in the winter!

But glad it went smoothly this time around :)
