    Any other coffee snobs here?
I wanted to see if anyone here also loves good coffee.

I guess I'm a middle of the road coffee snob... I want good taste, but not high prices. I used to buy starbucks (loved the gold coast blend) religiously, but then started using World Market coffee... Same taste as starbucks, but much less expensive.

I have ever ordered from coffee roasters online with mixed results. I ordered a shipment from Intelligentsia Roasters and had both great and not-so-great coffee from them. I also just ordered a shipment from la colombe coffee, so we'll see how that is... Ordering online can be quite pricey.. I just paid apx. $55 for 4 12oz bags of coffee. Obviously, I don't plan on making this a habit. :p

I love coffee with medium roast, sweetness, nutty and buttery flavor and a lot of body. I'll let you guys know how the la colombe goes, but my current favorites from world market are: sumatra, island blend, and mocha java blend. These sell for $9.99 for 24oz bags.

Currently my favorite brewing method is french press, although I think I could get a better grinder (using a hand-powered burr grinder at present).

I'd love to hear from other coffee lovers and what you like in a coffee and where you get yours from.

I love coffee so much I have the permanent jitters. Haven't blinked since July of 1996! All joking aside, I'm more of a Dunkin Donuts chick, myself. Although, if a place is serving coffee, you can bet I'm drinkin' it! I'm not all that particular, but between SB and DD, I lean towards DD.

Here is one of my current favorite places, I like it because it's walking distance from where I work and they do all of their own roasting so the place always smells great. http://flamencoorganic.com/ Try their Ethiopia Worka Natural Process, Sundried Yirgacheffe. It's got a real unique taste.

(They also have a boa constrictor on their front page)

What are some recommendations for good medium roast k cups? I really like the caribou coffee medium roast and the gevalia medium roast isn't bad!

I'm a coffee nut as well, just finished my second cup of the day. I love getting the k cup variety packs on Amazon, it's a good way to try all different coffees without committing to a whole box.

Oh my gosh! I love coffee and I use my Keurig religiously! I really like the Donut House and Millstone K cups. I really like anything that is French vanilla or a good medium roast coffee.

Cool! I thought there were other coffee people here. :) I haven't gotten a keureg yet... Too attached to my french press. :p That said, we have one in the office where I work, so I guess I could buy some k cups and try them at work.

MarkS- I will definitely check them out!

I'm a Folgers french roast kind of girl. :p. Not really snobbish I guess, but I don't care for lots of other coffee, including Starbucks. I like my Folgers, with International foods (only) Irish cream creamer. Nom.
