I'm making a grand assumption that this is a bowl of water that was either used to soak your BP or was used as a water bowl in it's enclosure, the specks I see in your picture looks like your little friend just relieved him/herself in the water. Looks like poop specks to me. what's the story? Where was the bowl or what was it used for?

Could be a number of things... Substrate, moss, poop (I guess?).
When my ball python's been messing around, he gets moss in his water bowl - especially if it was stuck to him.

Just clean out the water bowl and replace with new water :)

its my blood lol and guessing poop cant be anything else
