    my mom is on the phone with the breeder rght now and i am taking rocky to her house to be probed on sat, its not that long of a ride maybe 20 minutes or less im thinkin about takin him and a tupperware, do i need to worry about heating his container ?? i would think not becuase i take him out and hold him for about 30 minutes but my hands are warm, im confused please help !

    I would get a nice dark pillowcase and put him in there. Just make sure he is not in direct sunlight and you'll be good to go. Seeing as how its summer time outside, you shouldnt have to worry about heating the container. I wouldnt let the A/C blow directly on him tho. He should be fine inside the pillowcase on your lap.

    okie dokie, will do, thanks ! i just hope he doesnt freak, he hasnt ever been in a pillow case.

    He should be ok .. i wouldnt have the radio too loud :) It'll be dark inside the pillowcase. I've riden a couple of hours with snakes like that with no ill effects yet. Good luck at the breeders!

    dont let him near the window, i heard it freaks them out to know their moving or something. when i took rex to the vet he didnt wanna stay in the pillow case so i sat him on my lap

    im lookin forward to it, she has SOO MANY differnt snakes and i cant wait to check out the baby corns that she has. she is a super nice lady and im really exited to find out if rocky really is a rocky or if hes a roxy, wish us luck !

    mine seems to be very content in a pillow case. he goes in it willingly at times. tho i do notice, if i drive smoothly, when i go to get him out of the case he is all relaxed in there. the other day i hit alot of bumps and when i went to get him he was all balled up seeming a little more stressed. so they obviously react to movement.

    I put mine in pillow cases to clean tanks. Its dark, close, and warm :)
