    Fresh Shed, Quick Question
Good evening all. I walked into my snake room this evening to check on everyone for the night. I looked into the bottom tub and saw my big male normal in the process of shedding! I was very excited to see him shed from nose to tail, as I've never seen them fully shed before. When he had finished I opened his tub and took the skin out. I noticed that at the very bottom where the vent is there was a few smears of blood, not a lot but just a few tiny specks. I picked him up and looked at his vent and sure enough just a wee bit of blood was visible. Is this normal for a fresh shed? I normally don't catch a shed until the next morning so I've never actually gotten one 10 seconds after shed.

    Thanks for the input!

Pretty normal for a fresh shed, I panicked the first time I saw it too. :gj:
