thats the issue. dont use tapatalk :) just upload it somewhere so that the picture is available online and can be linked. like some webspace, or a filehoster, or imagehoster, or a website you have access to, or a website that provides that functionality. if your cellphone cannot do it, then dont use a cellphone to do it.
