    My girl stopped eating
Now I understand ball pythons have a tendency to go off feed so let me give some back round info this girl was my first bp I got she is currently 750g she is approx 1yr (no exact dates because petsmart I purchased her from sucked MOST do) back to the point she went off feed 6 weeks ago typical bp. I have melamine rack systems ambient room temp is about 84 degrees the coolside is 79-80 the hot spot is 88-90 humidity is normally 40-50% haven't noticed any runny noses or anything to make me think it would be an ri also I use paper towels as Substrate haven't noticed any mites just curious if anyone knows what could be wrong with my husbandry if she's just not eating when should I consider assist feeding before she went off food she weighed about 800g this is the first issue she has had with eating she used to pound food every Week thoughts are greatly appreciated

She "hit the wall". Many BP's do it when they reach anywhere from 800-1000 grams. Just keep offering food once a week and monitor her to make sure she's not losing too much weight. Eventually she'll start eating again.

Almost all female BPs do this. They eat like monsters until around 1000g and then slow way down or completely stop for a while. Keep offering. Once she takes one she will probably eat like a pig for a little while again. Most of mine have done this.
