I have a 6 level rat rack available for North Jersey pick up. Screens in a couple of the food hoppers need to be replaced, easy fix. Automatic watering system, durable construction, super easy maintenance and cleaning. At peak times with good rats, production upwards of 150 babies per month is possible. $100 takes it.
