    A few photos of Pongo
Had some decent lighting in my room for the first time ever so I grabbed a few pictures of Pongo as he was eating. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/01/04/ypusygeg.jpghe gets more and more purple at each shed.

He was purchased as a Lavender at an expo, but I don't think that's what he is. :confusd:

He looks like a plasma (diffused lavender)

He seems a lot more purple than the plasmas in the quick google search I did :confusd: Those seem more red as hatchlings and when I got him a year ago, he was pretty purple. Not a brand spankin' new hatchling, but quite small with no trace of that red... I wish I knew corn morphs :P

Baby lavenders have a variety. Some still are reminiscent of the old name of "mocha", but many look like yours.

This shows the huge variety in plasmas. As long as the belly is white, without pattern, your snake is most likely a plasma.

Is yellow characteristic of a plasma? I do not see any in those pictures. He has yellow sides behind his head... Here is a picture from a while ago, the patches are larger now:

    Thanks!

EDIT: This picture from when I got him also shows the yellow and his overall colour nicely

Second EDIT: Sorry if I'm being annoying.. I'm just curious!

Those pictures are much clearer! What he is is probably a granite as lavenders do not get yellow. :D
