may get het clowns,can you tell if there hets?

I might be trading my male mojave around 950g for a pastel het clown and normal het clown and i was wondering if theres any markers or characteristics that show het clowns like say a het pied

There can be a 'look' for Het clowns. Some het clowns will have this 'look', but not all. Clown tends to brighten up Hets and influence pattern. Its usually easier to see it in morphs than normals.

I would say that pastel looks rather promising. Is there a picture of the parents?

not yet i just got that pic of his and it took him a day to send those, lol so may take awhile. He was selling them so i offered my mojave for them just to see what he would say and he might trade so now i want to know if you can even tell because he has them posted as possible hets and was selling his pastels males for $125 and females for $150 then the normal possible hets for males $75 and females $100

Can you get a picture of the pastel spread out more?

They said they produced them and the normal het clown is the female.They said the parents was a pastel 100 percent het clown to a normalwhich sucks cuz they made normals, het clowns,pastels and pastel het clown

then they cannot have a het clown for sale. only possible het clowns.

sometimes you can see that its a het clown, sometimes not, and BPs that are not het clown sometimes have the same optics. sure they look promising, but a more wonky pattern and more brightness, thats something you can also have in normals.

its a gamble, and for a gamble i would either pay nothing at all, or i would at least pay less than for a 100% het clown.

If that was the pairing, then they are likely not het, as pythonfriend said they are possible het, and why would you want siblings, im assuming you would try to breed to get clowns? Get an un-related pair, and buy from someone who has 100% hets otherwise you are taking a risk, one parent must be visual clown.

You mean you were thinking of trading your mojave for a pastel and a normal, until proven otherwise, I personally wouldn't do it, what would they bring you? If you want to make clowns do it the right way, buy 100% hets, or a visual. Although its your snake, and your choice.
