    Hello,
My two females have sheded perfectly besides there head area, and I was wondering whats the best way to get there shed off? They are EXTREMELY head shy, and i'm not sure what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thank you,

Get a towel damp and let them crawl through it in your hands.

You can also soak a pillow case and put them in there and let them crawl around for about an hour. Just use water that is about room temp or slightly warmer but not hot.
