Was the rat I fed to big?
I posted this in my other thread but it wasn't getting any attention so I thought I would make a new one just for this. Sorry I don't know how to delete my other thread but it can be deleted now.

My new concern is that the rat pup looked the right size and he ate it fine but it left a much bigger bump then the mouse did. Is this about a normal size bump or is it too big? And if its too big how long should I wait to feed him again, I usually feed him every monday.

First, threads can't be deleted. Just be patient, this is a very active site. You would have gotten answers. No need to duplicate.
It does appear the rat was a tad to big. But your snake should be fine as long as husbandry/temps are right. I would just offer proper size next time.

Sorry to duplicate, I was just really worried about him, hes my first snake and I just want to make sure i do everything right. So should I still feed him next monday, when I usually feed him, or should I give him a few extra days since it was big?

You could wait an extra day or two to be safe. It won't hurt him to wait.
