Traveling with rat tub in the car
I have to travel for Christmas and will be away for seven or eight days. It's a 4-5 hour drive taking into account stops. I don't have a setup that would allow for a week of food or water for my rats, and I don't think I will be able to find anyone to come over and feed/water them. I plan to put their 106 qt tub in the back seat. Will the ride stress them out? Anything I could do to lessen the stress? Thanks.

The drive might stress them out a little, but for the most part they will probably just sleep.
To lessen the stress, you can just cover the tub with a sheet or towel. Darkness will help keep them calm.

And make sure their water bottle is empty. They tend to leak a lot when in the car.

I've done a lot of traveling for rat and mouse shows. 4-5 hours won't bother them at all. Just give tehm some celery, carrot, or cucumber for water, and they'll be fine.
