green tree python pairs

i was considering picking up a young pair of green tree pythons and was wondering if it is ok to keep them together. id obviously be getting a male and female. also, is it better to feed them frozen rats over live? and than also does feeding snakes frozen/pre-killed make them easier to handle in the long run? thanks for reading, appreciate the help!:)

I would house them separately. Everything I have read says mice are better for gtps. Their entire life. That is all I feed mine. F/t vs. live I don't think matters so much as individual personality as far as temperament. Unless you buy a yearling, you are gambling with personality/being able to handle.
