    anyone know where i can get live feeders in atlanta, ga? the petsmart around the corner said over the phone they don't have any. Trying not to get them online just because i have no desire to keep that many alive. Thanks

    I highly suggest you switch over to Frozen/Thawed.
    Petco carries live/frozen feeders.

    i heard if you tell petco that you are buying them to feed they wont sell them to you, just go there and check it out. Im POSITIVE they would have mice , but they might not be labeld "feeder" mice, they are more like pet mice....and yeah switch to frozen or at least pre killed.

    yeah, right now i'm just following the advice of the breeder since my bp wont take f/t. i'm gonna try pre-killed and live as a last resort.

    The Petco near me actually sells "feeder mice".
    Probably because they carry Ball Pythons and Red Tail Boas.

    Did you try heating the F/T up till its really nice and warm, and dangling the mouse to get the snakes attention?

    yeah, i tried three weeks in a row. alex says he feeds over five thousand baby balls yearly on live hoppers for at least the first three months before switching them over. I trust him.

    Petco definitely carries them. Cheshire Pets may be closer to you, but I don't think they have them.
