Best ferret breeder in Maryland

Hello,
I've been looking around at ferrets trying to find a good breeder, and of course the best way to do that is ask the owners what breeders they got theirs from. Also if you know of any good one I'd love to hear it, but I'd prefer if you know them through a long history of happy transactions with them for your ferrets.
I've found a place called Twilight Ferrets and was pleased with their background check, but can't find out where the business is based, has anyone dealt with them?
Twilight asked a good question, what is the best kibble to give your ferret? I was thinking I'd feed it kibble mostly and then give it raw meet occasionally as a treat and use it for training.
