Caramel people! I need some caramel education!

Ok I have been offered a Pastel Caramel in trade. But it looks dark to me like a regular caramel. Help me out! What should I look for? Doing a google search leads to just soo much variation in color I am frazzled.
So what do you guys think? Pics arnt that great.

Far as I know "Pastel Caramel" isn't a thing. There are Pastels and there are caramel albinos.

That looks nothing like a caramel albino to me. Looks like a normal wild type ball. I don't even see pastel there.

It might be het caramel but I doubt it.
