    Space heater
What is a good space heater that doesn't get hot to the touch. We have cats that go in the snake room and we don't want them to get burnt. The room is about 100 sqft

I recently purchased a Delonghi from Lowes. The main feature I like about it is its timer function. Many heaters will have an auto-off timer, but this one can be set to come on and turn off at the same or different times every day. It also has all the standard safety features like emergency shutoff if it tips over or gets too hot. It doesn't seem to get extremely hot to the touch, but I'm sure your cats would not want to lay on it for too long. :)

I have the same one Charge linked. It has been great, running constantly for a year now. I like the remote. I have it tucked in a corner and the remote makes temp adjustment easy.

My bulldog loves to lay by it but has never been burned. I keep mine around 77 and my and her brief contacts have been fine.
