    so i tryed feeding rex his 2nd rat today...hes not eating. tmeps/humidity is good. ugg, i know its no big deal, but kinda disappointing. ill let ya know what happens

    Could be he's just not hungry man. Give him a couple of days ( 4-7 ) and try again.

    thanks smulkin, it makes alotta sense now. im gonna just leave the rat in another half hr. if he dont eat, ill just try next wk.

    are you feeding f/t or p/k?

    Temperature seems to be the biggest issue with getting snakes to take f/t items. Last time I fed my bp a f/t rat she didn't seem interested in it. I was like UM NO you are supposed to be a good eater...so I left the rat under her heat lamp for about 10 mins or so, right underneath so it was almost hot to the touch....I threw it in the box and WHAM.
