    New BP owner. Humidity?
Hello everyone, this forum was recomended to me by a friend to ask some questions, so here goes: I am a new bp owner and i have a pastel male. His vivarium always clouds up and gets to humid and sometimes not enough. I dont have a humidity meter so i was wondering if i need one, i got my snake from a pet shop and they gave me a kit but without a humidity meter. I have looked this up and its seems like everyone has one. Is it compulsory, or is there another way of keeping the humidity good.

Is the top of the vivarium solid or screened? If its solid I would say you need at least a screen top, then you can cover as much as you need and uncover if its too much. Yes you need something to watch the humidity, it will help you out alot. What kind of set up do you have? What type of heating? If you could post pics it could help so we can understand more. Also.... :welcome: to the forum!
