Before starting the thread I would get all of my documentation about the transaction scanned and ready to go - the receipt from the vendor if you got one, the receipts from the vet, any pictures, etc.

Have you tried contacting the vendor using the email address for them I found and put a link to in another thread? If not you'll get smacked for not giving the vendor a chance to make things right by exchanging the animal, paying the vet bill, etc. The people who post there are rough and tough, but they're fair.

Also be prepared to take some flack for not noticing at the expo that the snake was sick.

I googled full spectrum exotics and reptiles couldnt get eiyher one all I found was info from the BOI. Anyone have a contact number?
