    A bloodred can't be het for diffused. That's like saying an amel het for sunglow, or a normal het for okeetee.

    Bloodred is a selectively bred diffused for a deep, rich red color. Diffused is the gene itself.

    Based on overall color, and that ruby pupil, I'd say it's likely a hypo diffused. Does the snake have any belly checkers?

    Definitely diffused then (some that are merely het can look very much like homozygous diffused) and still probably a hypo diffused.
