36 days after pre-lay, should I be worried?
Today is day 36 after pre-lay shed and 49 days after ovulating....
If my girl does end up egg-bound, when should I consider a vet visit? 60+ days?

The earliest I had out of 0.6 girls last year was 32 days. Most were ~40-42 days.

You must mean 6 girls. Hard to have 6/10(.6) of a girl.

It's a number system to convey number of a certain gender. The number before the decimal is the number of males; the number following the decimal is the number of females. So 0.6 would be six females, 2.0 would be two males, and 1.2 would be one male and two females. Less commonly, there may be three numbers as so: 1.2.4 which would signify the previous one male and two females, but also four unsexed. :3

I've had girls take up to 56 days after ovy to lay. Patience... she will lay some pearly whites for you any day now. :gj:

She looks really close, it won't be long. I had a female that always waited 40-54 days.

Yup, let her do her thing. Just wait. These aren't well oiled machines that run like clockwork, there is a TON of variation.

I had a girl have 2 prelay sheds - she laid 2 days after her second pre lay shed. And another that laid during her prelay shed. Don't sweat it and let her be. You'll have eggs soon enough.
