Normal for an albino to look translucent on her belly?
Right guys, I was looking at my albino female and I could see a dark mass through her stomach (it was soft) I am so new to this morph I was wondering if it was normal for the pigment to their stomach to be almost translucent? Don't get me wrong, I don't have a window into her inner organs but I'm just wanting to know if this is normal.

    Thanks for your help :)

Apologies for the bad quality photo, she was squirming.

PS in this photo it just shows a downwards line (like a scratch I hope you can see it) any thoughts on this? Only had her for 6 days, she ate well, good tongue motions and very active when she was out tonight.

    Yeah. It's normal.
Sometimes you can see poop in their hiney end too if they're going through a sausage butt stage. It's more visual on babies than on the adults.

The line is their 'belly button' where the umbilicus was.

Thank you so much! I was getting all mother paranoid about my new baby! As she was seeming different to my others I got concerned. she is very gentle and a joy to handle even though she is so small. Only handled for 5 minutes tonight though as I changed her bedding and water etc :)

when my young piebalds are about to defecate I can see it in their bellies and on the sides of them. I wouldn't be concerned!

Thanks guys! Never noticed it on my other BP's but was giving these new ones a real look over tonight since they've settled and had a first feed and discovered bits and pieces. I was so concerned with getting them warm after transit on the day I bought them that I didn't look them over properly on the day of purchase.

I've noticed the same thing with all my light colored corns, as well as my BEL BP. Can easily see their organs since they are still babies. And, like said above, incoming poo!

I kind of wished I could see my python's poop before it comes out. It would have saved me from getting pooped and peed on. :[
