I have a sterling male at about 750g. I've put him in w my females a few times and he's shown no interest yet. He searches all around the Tub for a while and thenbsettles on the hotspot. I've left him in for 3-4 days at a time.

So what I'm doing now is cutting of the heat for about 11 hours at night (on a timer) and gonna stop feeding for 3-4 weeks. Then I'm gonna warm it back up and feed and start pairing again. Do you think this should work pretty well? Any constructive advice is welcome

Too early in the season to make drastic changes...I'd just continue doing what you normally would...except to make sure you pair up during bad weather...
