I've only been to one repticon and I went in not knowing what to expect. Just go in look at all the awesomeness and take it all in lol. If you have money and see something you like get it :D take lots of pics because your first repticon is unforgettable!! Your going to have a blast! And for what to look especially out for would be anything you really like. Just make sure you get around the whole area and look at everything haha believe me you won't want to miss a single animal :)

Hey that's okay if you don't have any money to spend! Lol I didn't have a penny to spend in there. I just went to see all the bp morphs I've only seen pics of. But yeah I wish I could've brought home some more snakes but I'm poor so oh well lol. But the kiddies will love it :) it's a really fun experience.

Look for a shifty looking Brit trying to sneak in the country and the show ;) I am so jealous of the rep shows etc that go on in the US, they're very limited in the UK and I've missed out on them all!

ok I'm back and me and the kids had a blast...well at least my daughter did (my son won't touch anything that's not furry). it was a bummer not having any real money to spend but it wasn't like I was going to buy a second snake anyways so ehh. there were so many morphs (sorry no pics) that I finally got to see with my own eyes...my daughter's favorite was the albino and mine was the pumpkin pied with the ivory in a close second. my daughter wanted to hold every snake there and even made a friend (some little girl who loved hog noses) while her brother got his face painted...one guy trying to buy an albino Burmese spotted mites on it...could I hv picked up mites while I was there?

    That sounds amazing!

It is a possibility, just keep an eye on your rep's to make sure you haven't brought them in. Did you handle your rep's wearing the same clothing when you got back? I think it is unlikely but it's better to err on the side of caution :)

Any pick ups I get from a show get a good dose of mite spray the minute I get in the car and I always shower when I get home. Mites are something I do not want or any other bad conditions that I could be harboring.

Haha I told you you'd have a blast! And yeah it really sucks not having money because when I went I wanted to leave with every snake I laid hands on lol! But I'm so glad you had fun :) it's such a fun experience and the place where it's held always has such an awesome energy and feel to it! It's awesome!! :D
