I think he wants a belly rub
I was waiting for him to shed before I got pictures of him. He is from Tim Slotke of Slotke's Select Serpents and is a pure jungle. Tim is a good friend and we ended up doing a trade and I picked him up Sunday. I'm trying to move away from the ball pythons and just focus on specific projects with them so I got this little gem and he got my female spotnose. :)
I've named him Salazar and I really think he just wanted a belly rub. ;)

I like not have holes in my hand so I didn't dare. He really didn't like my camera flash though :P

Looks a lot like the babies we produced last season.
Ever shed he will just keep getting better :)
Re: I think he wants a belly rub
Nice Carpet. I bet those chocolatey browns and the blacks show a very nice iridescence under full spectrum light /natural sun.

That's what I am hoping for. My friend said he was really light as a baby, more white and black, and that those are the babies that turn out really nice as adults. I can't wait to see what he looks like full grown. :D

I haven't seen him in the natural sun light mostly because winter came super early (we have snow already >_<) but hopefully next summer I can take him outside. The female he is intended for is so iridescent that it's hard to photograph her with flash on. :P
