So I picked up this bad boy at the local pawnshop for $50 and the lighting still works in it and it tries to run but doesn't refrigerate.
I need to figure out how to cut the power to the refrigerator but not the lighting. I'm just gunna have to take a better look at it when I get the time. If you have a incubator like this style please feel free to share tips on how to make my incubator work better. ;)

Good luck I had the same issue with the one I picked up. The only advice I can give you is dive in I had a lot of fun building mine. That is going to look awesome when finished. Make sure you post pics when its done.

Oh I will for sure. Should I paint it and add a built in thermostat with humidity control and add a new handle or just flat remove it OR leave it coca cola themed and do my thermostat and humidity control stuff?

As far as the way it looks that is totally up to you. I dont think the humidity control is necessary if it has a good seal. I used a spider robotics thermostat that I mounted on top. Here are some pictures. ( in these it doest have the thermostat) it is a 34 bottle whine cooler that I converted. I hope to be using it for the first time this season.

We're the LEDs already in it when you bought it or did you install those ones your self?

They were already there. I got this puppy for free off of CG because the compressor didn't work. Everything else was perfect. I was very lucky to have come across it.

Sorry forgot to update! Here's some pictures of what it looks like now. I removed the shelves and painted the interior green with a white frost over it. The outside I've painted white to match my melamine racks since this will sit next to my racks. I am going to remove the rest of the coca cola and bronco stuff later on. I just need a good thermostat, wire, heat tape and more time then she'll be done! :) btw I figured out a way to disconnect the refrigerator from the fans and lighting so that it run seep rate and doesn't cool. My model of refrigerator had another power cord under it that I just had to unplug for it to stop. I don't plan on gutting any of the old refrigerator parts for now just because I don't know enough about how to do it safely so I'm going to wait on that.
