Awesome cat. Who had been telling the dog what to do all along...

because as we all know, dogs have owners while cats have staff.

the cat told the dog "he's starting to catch on... I fear he knows too much"

....at that very moment the cat's secret agent summoning device started going off....

The cat checked in with Secret Agent Headquarters. He was being sent on a mission to rescue Super Top Secret Agent Justin Bieber, whose cover had been blown! Here was the cat's chance to change history!

He had to find a way to do away with the biebs. Before parents everywhere went crazy. Maybe the farmer could help...

Turns out, the farmer knew about the dog n the cat. But he agreed...a plan was needed in order to do away with the Biebs....curse those awful haircuts!
