Is that a male BP? Looks like a prolapsed hemipene? I cannot say for certain. It just reminds me of pictures I have seen of it. Did your snake poop recently?

It's a female. And she just pooped recently.

I would advise a vet visit.

    But in the mean time:
    1) put her on paper towel substrate.
    2) keep her vent moist/prevent from drying out
    3) I can't tell exactly from the photos if it's a prolapse. But if it's a minor one, you can make a paste out of sugar+water to dab onto her vent to reduce the swelling.

Some of the area is swollen, the red looks like a bite mark.

Yikes. Looks worse in these photos and not a prolapse like was mentioned before.

Do you feed live or sharp cage furniture?

Clean it with some antiseptic like Betadine. I'd still advise a vet.

Minutes. The new ones is with pulling the tail back and trying to show the anus. Satomi we do feed live. And she just ate this past Saturday. I just did the cleaning today to check on them. I almost missed this. She doesn't have any hides and her substrate is aspen.
