    Small Animal Aspen Question
Hey guys, so in addition to my BP and boa, I also have a guinea pig. In his cage his bedding is aspen as well, but instead of shavings it is partially bigger chunks. I can get huge bags of it for my guinea pig pretty cheap, so is there any way its safe of snake use too? Has anyone tried this? Thanks

If its aspen it's fine. Tiny shavings or bigger shavings. I actually prefer the bigger stuff as it doesn't seem to stick to the prey so much.

I use aspen made for small animals and prefer it much more over snake aspen. Aspen is aspen, and usually the small animal bedding is wayyyyy cheaper.

Since getting my rat group I just switched to buying the giant bag of small animal aspen. I actually like the bigger chunks better too, plus I get a LOT more shavings for the same price. I never thought to check in the rodent area for aspen bedding until a user posted a thread a few weeks ago asking this question.
