New and first ball..a few questions.
So I just got my first baby ball python last Friday.
Supposedly she ate on the previous Tuesday so it has been about a week and a half since she ate.
When we got her she weighed 74 grams. We tried to feed her last night(Wednesday) but she didn't seem interested. How long should we wait until we try again?
Here she is though..

and one that I took tonight when I got home...not gonna lie, I thought she was dead...:O

Re: New and first ball..a few questions.
We need some more info first... What's her temp and humidity like? How are you heating her enclosure? How are you measuring your temps and humidity? What does the enclosure look like (full shot?) What did you try to feed her, and if frozen, how did you thaw?
She could be uninterested because she's not comfortable in the setup. I would add some smaller hides with only 1 entrance to provide some more security.

Rat pinkies are pretty small. I'd try a rat pup.

Her temps need to be higher. I keep my ambients at 85, hotspot at 91ish degrees. Do you have a thermostat? Also, she doesn't need a nightly temp drop, it's better to just have stable temps 24/7.

I would look into ceramic heat emitters. You can get them pretty cheap on ebay, that's where I got mine. They can run all night, and won't disturb your snake at night. You shouldn't keep a light on them all the time. Do you have a thermostat, or something to control the temps?
