Ball python has white eyes, really lethargic?
I've had many colubrids before, but this is my first ball python who was a rescue from a split couple. I've had him for a few months and he's been acting surprisingly well, great feeding response and has never turned down a meal.
However, I checked on him this morning and I'm rather concerned about his new behavior. Usually he ventures out of his hiding spot at night, but he's been staying in there for the past few days. I checked on him again and found that his eyes were a really cloudy white and he's acting lethargic. Someone told me that the white eyes mean they are about to shed, but do they often hide during this period too like mine is?

The eyes of mine look one of the images on that link (http://ball-pythons.net/forums/image...ng/shed14b.JPG)
That's a relief, I kinda freaked out about the abnormal behavior has he seemed rather limp with these really cloudy eyes, on top of that he has been hiding for the past week without venturing outside like he usually does.

This is a late reply due to college and what not, but thankfully my ball python is alright. It took him a bit longer than a few days, but he finally shed his skin and now went back to his aggressive eating habits haha. I was getting concerned because with my hognoses, they were still fairly active even when going in shed. With my ball python, he just went completely limp like he was dying so it kinda freaked me out for a second.
