    Bearded dragon tank size
So I am wondering what size enclosure would be ok for an adult bearded dragon. Im trying to move all my snakes to tubs and once I move my normal bp to a tub I will have an empty 40g (36"L x18"w x 17" tall) breeder tank. So is that a sufficient size for and adult bearded dragon? I dont plan on buying an adult I want to get a smaller one just want to make sure when it grows up I have a big enough tank to keep it in.

That's really the absolute minimum for an adult. With bearded dragons the bigger the better.

I prefer 4x2 for Beardies. I do have a male that's missing a front leg in a 40g breeder, but he's special needs. You could look into Rankin's. They are smaller and live better in groups. You could keep a pair of Rankin's adults in there.

Try to find a cage at a reptile expo near you. That's what I did and got a 4'x2'x18"' (roughly 90g) cage with sliding front plexiglass doors for 100$
