Any breeders in the Toronto area?
Are there any breeders that are will to open their doors and let me look at the set up and possibly teach me some things in their off time? I know most people do it from home which would probably be an issue and possible awkward, but I'm very interested in breeding. I don't want to do it unless I'm confident that I can do it as safely as possible for the snakes.
Maybe I can even help out or observe a breeding season? Like right up until the clutch has their first meals. Please let me know and thanks in advance! Any help is appreciated.

Why don't you try doing some research here on the forums?
Most people aren't going to let you see their collections because they don't want transfer diseases to their animals and they don't want to risk someone coming in later to steal their animals. It's happened several times to big owners here on the forums. People are very protective of their collections and often times, people have "closed" collections so only them, their workers, and maybe their immediate family is allowed it. They keep them pretty much wrapped in bubble wrap to keep them safe.
Doing some research here on the forums or google (there are a couple of good resources here in the "sticky" section) will give you a pretty good foundation. If you have a specific question later, ask here on the forums. I Just had my first season and I did my research first and asked questions as they came up. I didn't need to go see someone else' collection because I do things a little differently than other people. You have to figure out what works best for you and the only way to find that out is to know a multitude of resources through research on your part.
