    Thinking about moving..
To Illinois or Montana. I've looked over the reptile-related laws and regulations within those two states but I want to make sure I didn't miss anything! Currently I only have Ball Pythons but I may look into buying a Blood Python, or maybe a sand boa. Would I run into any issues? I also plan to breed/sell ball pythons as a hobby, so what should I be careful of with that?
    Any help would be fantastic!

I live in Illinois and aside from laws against Venomous, Giants and Crocodilians the laws comcerning reptiles are pretty lax

Oklahoma is better! We only have laws against native wildlife and gators, and you can get permits for those lol.

Aside from the reptile laws, if you eventually expand your hobby into a business Montana's regulations and tax structure are likely much more friendly.
