Rather a low quality picture of a pastel. One the coloring is all wrong in, the second is just a little fuzzy. The baby has a lovely faded head for a pastel.

Not enchi, but it is a pastel. The faded head is nice, but I would pass. For a little baby, it's awfully brown already.
