    "New Rack"
So I got a couple "new" racks, as in new to me, but used previously by an acquaintance. I got a few ball pythons in the deal as well, but that's another thread.

Any ways I am using one of the racks to keep the snakes I got from him in quarantine. So here in lies my question. If I clean every thing real good with say Dawn soap solution or a diluted bleach solution I can then use one of the racks for my snakes. Again to be clear, this would be separate from the rack from him I am using in Quarantine. Or should I just keep my snakes away from the used rack and treat it like its in quarantine too?

if you clean stuff with hot water and diluted bleach, then dry it a bit with a towel, and then let it dry out completely and let it rest for a day, that should kill everything, no matter if its parasites or bacteria or viruses.

on a smooth, clean and dry surface, even the sturdiest bacteria and viruses will die within hours, especially when you already decimated almost all of them with hot water and diluted bleach.
