When should I start pairing this season?

I'm moving from AZ to VA in early/mid December, so I'm wondering if I should hold off pairing any of them up until after the move? I'm still on the fence on whether to have them fedex'd (would be held by a trustworthy and very experienced person in AZ until we arrive in VA) or just drive them all with me. I'm not sure how either scenario would affect follicle development, if at all. I've heard that changes in environment can both stimulate and inhibit breeding, so not sure what to think at this point.
