    Our New Bamboo Male!
We got this bad boy in about a month ago and I'm totally loving this project. In partnership with Frank Mennella, I think we will make some really cool bamboo combos this up coming season. I really love the combos that this project throws because I have a ton of lesser stuff and I honestly see the difference. The Bamboo Cinnamon stuff is gonna be HOT! Not to mention the HGW Bamboo stuff as well. So much potential here and Im really pleased to be apart of it. Here is our Boy!

its such a powerful gene. by far the most powerful gene in the whole BEL complex, i guess this will make a high white BEL with virtually any other BEL gene.

the combos that are known so far are really nice, there just are so few combos listed so far.

i guess anything that works with lesser will work even better with bamboo, and when i look at stuff like pinstripe bamboo that really confirms it.

Lucky! He is a looker for sure :-) what pairings are you considering for his first season? I would love to see a bamboo pied project, but im a pied nut :rolleye2: Lol out of curiousity, what cost is there to getting in on this project? I know BHB has 30k on their super bamboo(which is a crazy looky BEL) so curious what the base morph costs. In any case, congrats on the new pick up :-)

i would also be interested in a price tag, i have seen a super bamboo for sale at BHB but that one was in the 5 digits. if i remember correctly, 30000 USD. what is a regular bamboo (+extra genes) priced at?

Im not sure of what the crosses will be available for. Male crosses will be in the 20's for sure. The super is so valuable because all it makes is bamboos. Regular bamboos males will most likely be close to the 20 range as well but im not positive. Ive got some big plans for him. Im a calico nut so thats the first thing I always think of when i get a new gene in my collection.
    Thanks
