    Deep cut on hairless rats
so long story short my male rat made a pretty big cut on my hairless female, its one of those clean cuts that goes right through the skin and u can see the inside btu no organ or blood spilling out. I have already made some rudiment first aid attempt, clean it out well than seal with super glue (learn that in first aid class) but the next day I see that the rat has clean all the super glue off of her and has reopen the wound again. What can i do short of bring her to the vet? What will happen if I leave it like that?

Pics would certainly help, but by your description a vet visit is probably in order.

As long as its not infected, just keep it clean n sterilised n it should heal by itself.

if you do something to the wound, the issue with rhodents and other pets is that unless you put one of these cone things over the neck, preventing them from reaching the wound, they will clean the wound. and that means removing band aids, removing glue, even trying to undo stitches.

pics would help, but if the wound cannot just heal as it is and you need to use stitches or glue, i guess you need to get or build one of these cones.
