    Bp's can live up to 50 years! I never see any posted or sold just 1-4 year olds and the occasional 6 year old, anyone have any 10+ years old??

    Actually, i believe the record holder is 47 years. Average bps live to be about 30. We have one thats 10 yrs old. I had one pass away at 13, but she could have been 15+ because she was big when i adopted her.

    I've got a normal that should be right under 7 years about now. Ask me again in 2016 lol.
