BP Ghost,Kocur,just ate his first medium LIVE mouse..PICS

He took this thing like nothing,hasn't refused a meal yet from me. He's a beast,I love this guy.

a couple things. I feed him in his enclosure always. But this live wasn't fed in his enclosure,was his first live meal so I wanted video and pics. The enclosure below is what I'm setting up when I got to the retile expo October 13 and pic up my second BP. Along with the rest of the stuff I need for the home. So the tank he is in,is not his home.

anyway,I'm pumped that he ate it like a champ. Proud of him.

So story is,I felt bad at first doing this..so I took this mouse out of my work truck and out him in my truck..I come 20 mins later to check the box as I leave,the little mouse ate his way out...my partner then sees him I go to grab him he runs under the seat,then to the back and we chase him,then he gets under the back seat,ithen lift it up and he runs under the back part of the seat down to where the spare is..I then take everything out of my truck,have to take apart all the Panels to catch this thing. Finally the mouse pokes his head out,I see him,he sees me ad turns around. I grab my tongs ,which I got from inside and grab his tail buy a 1/16 of an inch and pull him..this all happened today from about 530-630, was frustrating but funny. My partner found it Hillarious.

Wow that mouse didn't want to get caught.lol. Those are some cool pic you have there and your snake is very nice also. I honestly like the second pic the best in my opinion. You timed that one perfectly nice job.

I agree. I can't remember seeing a time lapse photo sequence of a BP eating. Very cool!! Is he named after Joey Kocur the hockey player?

Thnx man,yeah I love the shots,I just kept snapping,they came out real good. Yes,named after for NYR/Det Redwing tough guy,the all time greatest NHL fighter Joey Kocur.... Wanted to name him after Adam Graves,but didn't sound right.

Lets Go Rangers !!!!!!

Yeah, I thought nobody could outdo Bob Probert, but Joey was even more awesome. One of my favorite all time Redwings.

Probert had size on Kocur and everyone,he was a beast..but I give the crown to Kocur. Go and even watch fight a smaller tie domi fighting probert,he holds his own. Go watch clips of Kocur!forget it man!guys a beast within an insane right.
