    Suggestions on Selling locally?
So I am considering downsizing my collection. I would prefer to sell locally though because I'm not confident enough to ship any of them. Any suggestions on the best place to post ads if its local pickup only? I want experienced herpers because not all of my little guys are easy to handle.

Craigslist is a nightmare and people get angry if you're 'rehoming' them for more than 10 bucks a pop.

I'd use Fauna or something and hope a local searches by geography or stumbles on the post.

Ya, I was concerned about selling on Craig's list. One of them is extremely aggressive, It never bothered me but I don't want him going to someone who can't handle him. There is a VA herp society I may reach out to them to see if anyone is interested.

Howdy, I used to live in Sterling Park before moving to the WV panhandle a few years ago. I still go back periodically as I have family in the area.

I would suggest trying the VAHerps.com forums, as well as the Virginia and Maryland reptile classifieds groups on FB.

Heck, put them here as well, there's more than a few of us who are local to the DC metro area and I prefer local sales to shipping in, and I've travelled further than Sterling for deals on both animals and used enclosures. Also, the Manassas expo is this weekend, maybe make up and print off a flyer to hand out to folks since it's probably too late to get a table.

Thanks so much for the advice! I live in sterling park now :) I will definitely try all that you suggested. I might post on here too. I only have one normal ball in am trying to find a home for, but the rest are beautiful morphs and examples of their species and most are up to breeding weight. Thanks so much!
