8- 9 year old het pied shedding often

Ok My het pied female eureka has been shedding almost every month for the last 3-4 months. I not finding any injuries or mites ( I not had a mite issue in 3-4 years if memory serves) Is there any other possible expiations? I don't think she gravid but I know we been paring and seeing locks from a spider ph pied. ( my snakes were laying in the spring before We moved in together ( 4thesnakelady and I ) I moved the snakes in after we been here a year. so they had this spring off or didn't go. but she never shed monthly like this.

I am going to treat her tub for mites again just to be safe when it is cleaning time ( pam in room )

been using same cleaning stuff for 2 years
i took them off aspen about 20 months ago to paper towels
humidty seems to be about the same. so far out of my females she the only one.

Some balls just shed a lot.

We had a female normal years ago who shed at least monthly. No matter what we did, she shed perpetually. And since the shed cycle lasts about 10-14 days, it seemed like she was never out of blue. It did not seem to affect her health, but trying to keep her cage clean was no picnic. Back then I still believed a glass tank was the only way to house a snake, and no matter how hard we tried her humidity sucked. We did give her a large round dog dish as her water source, and she soaked constantly trying to shed properly, but it never seemed to help. Her sheds were always in a hundred pieces.

Thankfully, we found someone with a great deal of experience to take her when it became abundantly clear we were in over our heads. And none of ours snakes currently shed that much. Although one of my female breeders still sheds like clockwork every 14 weeks. Not joking, she's more reliable than a calendar.

He frequent sheds, are they causing any problems? If not, then its good she's growing! Environmental factors, such as mites, shouldn't affect the shedding process. Reptiles shed skin because they're growing, and not for any other reasons I know of.

it not s problem it just starts me worrying cause she was not doing this and suddenly she started this rapid shedding. She one of my 3 original snakes left (back then only could \afford het)
Now if the other 2 would get they're act together and give me a clutch I be happy (since they going on 6 years of age) lol

I have a couple of my girls that shed once a month every month. They have done it since they were hatched.
