Animal Plastics Terrestrial Cages

My daughter has been begging for a beardie for several years. My wife and I are contemplating getting her one for her birthday. As far as to save on caging, I have a AP T10, would this be large enough for a beardie for its lifetime?

Size wise I would think that would be good. They generally say an minimum of 4ft long, however how are you going to get a UV and heat lamp inside and provide enought ventiliation for it?

Hmm yeah true... It is a little short for use with a basking light. Guess I will search around see if I can pick up a taller one or go with another type

honestly beardies do well in glass tanks, if you wanted to go that route. If you wanted to go the plastic route, there are some Vision cages that work really well because they have the drop down dome slots.

I believe AP will put in extra ventilation, including cutouts for heatlamps.

But a glass tank with screen top is probably easier/cheaper:)
