    skin problems! please help!
I'm a first time ball python owner and I bought my snake about 2 week's ago, when I bought her she had a slight problem with some of the skin on her back (it was rough and peeling) but was told that would go once she sheds.

She was fed the day I got her (forgot to say she's only 3 months) but since then she won't eat at all. I tried to feed her after a week but we noticed her eyes were going milky and she was starting to pale so I thought she was shedding. Since then the paleness is gone and her eyes are normal again but she still refuses to eat and her skin has become loose and wrinkled.

This is the third week I've had her and I'm terrified she's ill! Please help! Is this normal?

Calm down :) she is still in the shedding process... keep humidity at 70% and in a few days she will shed :)
Some snakes don't eat while in shed, she will probably eat again after she sheds

Thankyou!!:) that's so relieving :') I keep her tank humidity at about 50% and mist it often, if I increase the humidity will it help her shed sooner?

The humidity needs to be at 70% for her to have a successful shed, as in all in one piece and non stuck on her

50% is Ok for the rest of the time... as soon as you see the first signs of shed bump it to 70 until she's done
